This brand new restaurant is a multi-level restaurant with roof top outdoor seating, a banquet hall and also has a full functioning brewery on premise. Advanced english speaking and comprehension skills required This is a great entry-level position to gain restaurant experience. This is a fast paced position, where you will earn good tips if you work hard, have a positive attitude and are a team player. You will be responsible for clearing guest tables and re-setting them. You will also be support for the wait staff Position: Host, Greeter Must be 21 years of age or old. Advanced English speaking and comprehension skills. Job description: Responsibilities include; greeting guests, monitoring the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and clean tables, estimating wait times for guests, managing the guest waiting list, and ensuring that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting. Position : Line Cook MUST HAVE PREVIOUS KITCHEN EXPERIENCE Job description: Line Cooks are responsible for preparation, assembly, and final presentation of ingredients according to the 49th State Brewing Company’s recipes and specifications and ensuring the quality of cooked/prepared food by testing them. These individuals will utilize a large range of kitchen skills, including slicing, grinding, frying, and baking during food service Position : Dishwasher, Steward Must be able to stand for 8 hours and lift 50lbs. Job description: As Dishwasher, you are responsible for unloading the dishes and cutlery brought to them by bussers and loading them into dish trays.
