Leland/Kitchen help, wait staff, bus person, hostess, bartenders

Daily duties: Kitchen Help: Kitchen Help may include washing and re-shelving soiled dishware and glassware, emptying garbage, sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down food service tables, cleaning appliances, chopping vegetables, and assisting the cook. The kitchen area, at times will have high humidity and temperatures. Bus Person: this may include clearing and setting tables, mopping floors, helping the wait staff, refilling water glasses, working in the kitchen. Wait Staff: These positions require that you speak excellent English and include waiting on customers, answering questions, writing down lunch and dinner orders, serving food, dealing with U.S. currency, and possibly setting and clearing tables. Hostess/Host: Depending on your English level and the needs of your employer, you may be asked to do hostess duties. Hostess duties may include helping customers, seating them, taking their orders, using a cash register, keep hostess station clean etc.
